My Story

I was bored, I was hungry and I had a smoker. Funny thing about jerky, once you start, you kinda cant stop! I started playing around with flavors and sharing the results with friends. It got to the point where I couldn't keep up with demand, so, with encouragement from family and friends I decided to go for it! It's taken a couple of years to perfect the recipes and get to this point. I truly hope you enjoy the results!

My Story

My jerky has a softer texture and more flavor than most jerky that you can find in the stores.

Did you know, that with just a slight change in the moisture content, you can change jerky into a beef snack? Neither did I, until I began this venture! My jerky has the highest moisture content allowed by the FDA to still remain in the jerky category. I have found that by doing this, the jerky has a better flavor and is easier to chew and enjoy.
